Small Wedding arrangements at the Orangery or at its terrace

The Oldruitenborgh Estate is a unique location for a wedding. Many couples like it because of the fact that the complete wedding day can be arranged and held there from the actual official ceremony itself to the toasting, cutting the cake, a reception and a diner (buffet) and of course the evening festivities. Where it provides the possibility to stay overnight for the couple and their guests. The invoice will be created after your wishes, wedding program and depending on the quantity of your guests.

The Oldruitenborgh Estate offers more!

The former City Hall has always been a favorable place for the official ceremony of a wedding.
But it used to be not possible to celebrate more than that for it did not have the needed licenses, but today the Estate does. Therefore it is at present a location that has more to offer than just the service for the official ceremony.

Therefore The Oldruitenborgh Estate offers, those couples that will not or cannot have their entire wedding day at the Estate, a choice between a few arrangements, provided they have their official ceremony after 12.oo o'clock at the Estate. Reception afterwards will then take place at the Orangery or when the weather permits it at the terrace of the Orangery.

"Bubbles en Cake"

At entrance our staff will serve a lovely glass of Prosecco (also alcohol free available), after which the wedding cake, of your choice, will be cut. A various selection of drinks (2 p.p. excluded foreign distilled) and appetizers (2 p.p) will be served.

Time schedule: 2,5 hours from start official ceremony.
Price per person, minimal of 30* persons, a maximum of 55* persons: € 22,50

"Let's have coffee and cake"

At entrance our staff will serve coffee and tea with an assortment of cake. Then various drinks will be served (2 p.p., excluded foreign distilled) and cold and hot snack and appetizers (2 p.p.).

Time schedule: 2,5 hours from start official ceremony.
Price per person, minimal 30* persons, maximum of 55* persons: € 19,50

"Not exactly a reception"

At entrance our staff will serve a lovely glass of Prosecco (also alcohol free available), of coffee and tea (2x) then you can cut your cake of choice. Continually various drinks will be served (3.p.p. excluded foreign distilled); and an assortment of nuts will be on several sit-and stand-at-tables. Our staff will serve cold and hot snacks and appetizers. (3 p.p).

Time schedule: 3 hours from start of official ceremony
Price per person, minimal 30* persons, maximum of 55* persons: € 28,50

"Venose Coffee Table"

At entrance our staff will serve a lovely glass of Prosecco (also alcohol free available), Continually you and your guests will be invited to partake in our Venose Coffee Table. On the buffet you can find a variety of white and brown bread, different types of cheese, assorted sliced meat and sweets, currant-bread and a Venose bun. Our staff will serve unlimited coffee, tea, milk and buttermilk.

Time schedule: 2,5 hours from start of official ceremony
Price per person, minimal 30* persons, maximum of 55* persons: € 21,00

This Coffee Table can be added with:

* For a capacity of less than 30 persons extra costs will be charged.
* For a capacity of more than 55 persons an arrangement can me made to transfer the party to the Mansion, a special invoice will be custom-made.

* If a Churchly consecration is wished for between the official ceremony and one of our arrangements an additional cost of €200,00 will be charged to the arrangement of your choice.
* Prices mentioned above are valid until 1st January 2010; after this date price changes can be subjected.

Small arrangements at the Orangery or its terrace for whom has something to celebrate

The Oldruitenborgh Estate is a perfect place to have receptions consisting out of several parts as for example a Complete Wedding day or a Jubilee with a diner (buffet) or Evening Party: for a combination of culinary reception framed by a semi-cultural moment as in activities or a concert. For those circumstances a custom-made invoice will be made depending on the amount of guests and the time schedule of the program.

Experience teaches that there is much interest in a smaller and shorter kind of reception where the Mansion may not be found suitable. For example a small jubilee or an anniversary or perhaps small get-together of friends and colleagues enjoying a simple buffet or barbeque or a High Tea.

For these kinds of gatherings or celebrations the Orangery at Oldruitenborgh or its terrace is the prime location with a suiting rustic ambiance appropriate to the occasion.

Here below you will find a few arrangements that can be chosen from:

"Lovely; no the fuzz at home"

At entrance our staff will serve coffee and tea (2x) with an assortment of cake. After this a variety of drinks can be either served are ordered at the bar. An assortment of savory appetizers and nuts will be on several sit-and stand-at-tables. During this pleasant gathering staff will serve cold and warm snacks. (2 p.p.).

Time schedule: 2 hours (extension is possible)
Price per person, minimal 35* persons, maximum of 55* persons: € 17,50
Several drinks will be charged on order afterwards.

"Sophisticated drinks"

At entrance our staff will serve a lovely glass of Prosecco. Continually a variety of drinks will be served or can be ordered at the bar. On the sit- and stand-at-tables you will find sorted nuts. During the drinks a "Finger-food" buffet will be presented consisting out of cold and warm appetizers with meat, fish and vegetarian filling made with care by our Chef. The sophisticated drinks will be closed with coffee and tea with bonbons.

"Then there was food"

At entrance our staff will serve a lovely glass of Prosecco. Continually a variety of drinks will be served or can be ordered at the bar. On the sit- and stand-at-tables you will find sorted savory snacks and appetizers will be served. Afterwards there is a Pasta buffet (Macaroni and Lasagna) with a fresh salad or a Stew buffet from traditional Dutch recipe and meat appetizers. At the end of these delicious meals coffee and tea with bonbons will be served.

Price per person, minimal 35*, maximum 55* persons: € 35,00
Several drinks will be charged on order afterwards.

"A lovely High Tea"

At entrance our staff will serve a variety of Teas (coffee on order) and on different tables there are etageres of sweets. Later on our staff will serve a variety of drinks and in the meantime serve the savory bites of our High Tea arrangement. At the end a warm Pie will be served.

Several drinks will be charged on order afterwards. (tea and coffee are included)

The above mentioned arrangements are just a few of the possibilities. Also a simple or sophisticated Coffee-Table, a Barbeque or a Buffet with special Theme can be offered. However the Orangery is not suitable for large diner parties, - for those we would love to welcome you to the Main building.
