Is parking at the hotel free of charge?
You can park your car free of charge. We advise you to use parking P1 which is monitored by an observation system.

What are the times of check-in and check-out?
You can check-in at our hotel from 3 to 7 pm. Please contact us in case you expect to arrive after 7 pm. Check-out is at 10:30 am.

Do you have rooms for disabled quests?
Unfortunately we don’t have rooms for disabled guests.

I left something behind at your hotel after checking out. Whom should I contact?
Should you have forgotten something at our hotel, please contact our front desk via email (frontdesk@oldruitenborgh.nl) or give us a call (+31 (0)527 - 244 600).

Can I express special wishes for my stay?
Absolutely. We are more than happy to discuss your special wishes regarding your stay at our hotel.

Does the hotel have meeting rooms?
We have four meeting rooms which can accommodate 2 up to 160 guests. All meeting rooms have audio-visual equipment.

Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we don’t have an elevator.

What should I do if I arrive before 3 pm or after 7 pm?
If you expect to arrive outside the check-in timeframe, please give our front desk a call at +31 (0)527 - 244 600.

Does the hotel have rental bikes?
Yes, we have e-bikes for rent. Ask our front desk for more information.

Does the hotel have charging stations for my car or e-bike?
Charging your car and/or electric bike is both possible with us.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi with a very strong signal.

Can I get to the hotel by public transport?
You can get to our hotel by public transport from all directions. There is a bus service to Vollenhove from the cities of Zwolle, Meppel and Emmeloord.

Do you have room service?
Room service is available at little cost.

Can I get married at Stadspaleis Hotel OldRuitenborgh?

Does the hotel offer amenities for meetings such as beamer, audio equipment, flip chart etc.?
You can use all available audio-visual equipment and amenities.

Which leisure activities can we undertake during our stay?
In and around Vollenhove there are plenty of leisure possibilities. For example, visiting National Park Weerribben-Wieden, Pantropica (formerly Orchid farm) Luttelgeest, Museum ‘De Fundatie’ or the fortified (‘Hanze‘) cities in the area. These are only a few examples. Ask our host for more options.

During which hours is the front desk manned?
The front desk is manned from 10 am to 5 pm. Moreover, our concierge is 24/7 available.

Tourist tax is € 3,00 per person per night.

We don’t have a family room but we can always put an extra bed in your room.

The hotel has a bar/lounge and a restaurant.

We serve breakfast at your table.

Is there room for dietary wishes and/or allergies?
Absolutely. Inform our staff and they will let you know what the options are (vegetarian, gluten free etc.).

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
Our restaurant opens at 5:45 pm and closes at 9:00 pm (mon to sat). The restaurant is closed on sunday.
The bar opens at 16:00 pm (mon to sat) and closes at 23:00 pm. The bar is closed on sunday.

- Can I extend my stay?
This is possible provided that we have a room available. Ask our host for more information.
